Dashboard: Your Central Hub for Bot Management

Upon logging into the Bot9.ai platform, you'll land on the primary dashboard. The dashboard is designed to give a comprehensive overview of user activities and bot's engagement metrics.

If you're new to Bot9 and wondering why your dashboard is empty, it's simply because there hasn't been any activity yet.

To get started, integrate your chatbot with your website or deploy it on Messenger.

After interactions begin, performance metrics will fill your dashboard, and it will start to look like this:

Key metrics and graphs provide an overview of your AI assistant's performance. Here are the definitions:

Metrics Explained: 👉

  • Conversations: The total number of unique people who have interacted with your AI assistant.

  • Responses: The total number of replies your AI assistant has given to users.

  • Median First Response Time: This is the median time it takes for your AI assistant to send the first response to user queries.

The graph displays the overall number of conversations and breaks down the numbers by platform, such as website chat widget, Messenger chats, etc.

The dashboard updates in real time, ensuring you have the latest information on your chatbot's performance.

Use the date filter to view metrics for a specific period.
