Customers - Manage your contacts

The Contacts feature in Bot9 is designed to help you manage and organize user details seamlessly.

Step-by-step guide to using 'Customers':

  1. Accessing Customers: On your dashboard, click on 'Contacts' from the main menu.

  2. View and Edit a Contact: Clicking on a contact name will display more details, and also allow you to edit certain information about the contact.

  3. Search for a Contact: Use the search bar at the top of the Contacts page to find a specific contact by their name or other details.

Q: How many contacts can I store in my account?

A: The limit of stored contacts depends on your subscribed plan - "Starter" allows 5000 contacts, "Pro" allows 50,000 contacts, and "Unlimited" allows 100,000 contacts. Consult the pricing details for more information.

Q: Can I manually add contacts to my account?

A: Contacts are typically added when conversations occur.

Q: How do I delete contacts?

A: You can select the conversation you want to delete buy clicking the checkbox that appears in front of the contact and the click "Delete" button. However, keep in mind that deleting a contact will permanently erase their details and conversation history.

Q: Where can I see the conversations with a contact?

A: Conversation history with a contact can be accessed by clicking on the desired contact. Under their details, you will see their conversation history.

Q: Can I export my contacts list?

A: Yes, Bot9 allows you to export your contact list. Click the 'Download' button in the upper right corner of the Contacts page.
